Krav Maga is a self protection system that encompasses more than just the physical aspect of violence. It is designed to allow one to recognize, avoid, escape, and de-escalate potential threats while incorporating mindset and brutally effective techniques should all else fail.

At our gym, we teach more than just techniques—we help you develop the skills, mindset, and fight IQ needed to assess risk, adapt, and evolve your personal fighting style. Whether empty hand or weapons training, our goal is simple: give you the tools and confidence to protect yourself.

About us

All of our instructors are advanced belts in Krav Maga and have completed a 12 week Instructor College course. We all currently train in Krav Maga as well as cross train in other martial arts to keep our techniques sharp. All instructors are federal, state, and child abuse background cleared as well as CPR certified.

Clean and modern gym…designed to get your best workout in. We only use high QUALITY equipment and pads, which are cleaned after EVERY use.

Free Intro Lesson

This short 15 minute intro is designed for you to be able to learn a few things about Krav Maga before you jump into class. Our experienced instructors will give you some pointers on how to fit in and teach you about the common practices of the gym. We want to you to fit seamlessly right into your first class. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions with our undivided attention. Expect to be comfortable to start your first class directly after the intro.

Wear comfortable workout gear, no jewelry, and bare feet on the mats please.

Still a little nervous? Bring a friend to your intro!
